T he Manchild

Revelation 12: 1-17  And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth. And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

This cataclysmic event is forecast in the beginning of the Bible and can be systematically tracked through the six thousand years (days) of the redemptive working week of God, to this very generation.

A major fulfilment is seen in the life of the Lord Jesus Christ in His death on the cross of Calvary. It is here that He (the seed of the woman), smites the serpent's head, crushing his skull, (at Calvary), there defeating the devil, stripping him of his authority.

Notice also, (and we are very negligent and quick to ignore this statement), the devil will be given authority over the heel of the woman’s seed, (the remnant of her seed). Thou shalt bruise his heel! This is the unwise virgin class, the outer court class, that is totally dominated, controlled, exterminated by the Antichrist, (the devil in human form), during the coming great tribulation period of three and a half years.

Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

And what of this man child? He is shown to be alive immediately before the second coming of Christ, but does he remain?

No. He is caught up to God and his throne, (some four and a half years before the second coming).

He is not destroyed as the previous two categories. He is alive, and after his catching up, he does remain, in heaven! But, he does not remain on the earth. Indeed, he never touches the earth, neither does he have a ministry on or to the earth. His ministry is in heaven; and what a ministry! His arrival causes war to break out: war in heaven. Yes, his ministry will cause hell in heaven!

This point is overlooked by those who struggle and wrestle the scriptures in an endeavour to prove this child is the Lord Jesus.

Jesus ministry was to the earth and was accomplished on the earth. He came from heaven to earth. The man child’s ministry is quite the reverse! He comes from earth and goes to heaven, there to precipitate the greatest battle the heavens will ever witness. You can be sure its effect will be felt on earth. The final ejecting of Satan from the heavens, his final manifestation on the earth in the form of the Antichrist, is the fulfilling of the promise to him. The outer court class will be given into his hand, he will bruise the heel of the woman’s seed, he will make war against the saints and will overcome them.

T he Bride of Christ

This company of people is known by many names in the Bible.

The Sun Clad Woman

Revelation 12:1  And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

Isaiah 60:1-3 Arise, shine: for thy light is come , and the glory of the Lord

Genesis 1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

The Manifestation of the Sons of God

Romans 8:19-23  For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope. Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

The Perfect Man

Ephesians 4:13  Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

The Church Filled With All the Fullness of God

Ephesians 3:19  And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.

Joel’s Army

Joel 2:1-11  Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand: A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations. A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them. The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run. Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array. Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness. They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks: Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded. They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief. The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining: And the Lord shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

The Cleansed Sanctuary

Daniel 8:13,14  Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot? And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

The Glorious Church

Ephesians 5:27  That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Jesus’ Prayer For Unity Answered

John 17:21-23  That they all may be one; as thou, father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

The Spirit and Bride Say Come

Revelation 22:17  And the Spirit and the Bride say, Come. And let him that heareth, say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely

The Glory of the Latter House

Haggai 2:9  The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts.

The First House:

Exodus 40:34,35 Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle. An Moses was not able to enter into the tent of the congregation, because t he cloud abode thereon, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.

The Second House:

2 Chronicles 5:13,14 And it came to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth forever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the Lord; So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the Lord had filled the house of God.

The Third House:

Acts 2:1-4 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them  cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

John 2:21 For he spake of the temple of his body.

The Dedication

Luke 24:52,53 And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy: And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.

In each of the former two instances the dedication took place at the completion of the building. At the dedication, the glory of God descended and inhabited the dwelling place of God.

So will it be it these last days of time.

The church of Jesus Christ is not finished yet. There are still many facets of the work that remain to be completed.

But upon completion, there will be a dedication, and the glory of God will descend in a greater manner than in either of the first two buildings!

 B ride Taken Out!

Revelation 12:14  And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly  into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

Isaiah 26:20,21 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

Song of Solomon 6:10  Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners?

Song of Solomon 8:5 Who is this that cometh up from the wilderness, leaning upon her beloved? I raised thee up under the apple tree: there thy mother brought thee forth: there she brought thee forth that bare thee.

Matthew 25:6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.

Luke 12:36 And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when  he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.

The Two Witnesses are God’s only ministry during the great tribulation.
